What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage on the terrace of the apartment while it is being cleaned and we will then leave it inside. We will let you know as soon as it is ready for your check-in.
We arrive late at night — will we be able to access the apartment?
Yes. The day before your arrival you will receive the access codes (key collection) and all the information you need to enter easily, even if your flight lands at night.
Is there a reception desk at the complex?
Yes, our reception is open from 10:00 to 17:00. We are always available to assist you during your stay — you can also reach us by WhatsApp or phone.
Does the complex have a swimming pool?
We do not have a swimming pool. However, we are on the second line from the sea, just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking on the street and in the surrounding area is free of charge and there is no blue zone.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Not at the moment, but this service will soon be available through a partner. We are very close to the airport and taxis are always available; if you prefer, we can help you book one for your departure.
Do you leave amenities in the apartment?
Yes, you will find hand soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener. We also offer a premium amenities service.
Is there a coffee maker and cooking utensils?
Yes, all apartments have an Italian coffee maker, a kettle and a kitchen equipped with the basic utensils.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, all apartments include beach towels for guests.
Do you leave oil, salt and pepper?
No, but there is a supermarket a few metres away where you can buy whatever you need.
Can we have a second key?
We provide a single key with automatic opening, but each guest has a personalised code to access the complex and can leave the key in the apartment's safety deposit box.
How far is the beach?
Just a couple of minutes' walk. We are on the second line from the main avenue.
Where can we eat typical local food?
It depends on your taste. During your stay we will recommend local restaurants and send you locations by WhatsApp according to your preferences.
Is there free Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Yes, all apartments have free high-speed Wi-Fi with modern, stable technology.
Are the apartments air-conditioned or heated?
Yes, all apartments have hot/cold air conditioning for maximum comfort all year round.
What is the difference between the apartment types?
On our website you can see photos and descriptions of each apartment. All are fully equipped, with slight differences in size and layout.
What are the basic house rules?
No parties or noise late at night. We ask for respect towards the neighbours and the facilities to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
At present we do not accept pets, except in exceptional cases upon prior request.
